Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may use a consumer ombudsman free of charge to settle a dispute amicably. Forge is aimed at professionals, so this applies only to users acting for non-professional purposes. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
