Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose#
These terms govern access to and use of the Forge service (the "Service"), published by SICCARDI TECH LEADS (12 route du Tilleul, 78125 Raizeux, SIREN 977 513 670), available at agent-forge.cc.
The Service lets you develop, version, test and run software agents built on language models, from files held on your own machine.
Creating an account constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Who the Service is for#
The Service is aimed at professionals — developers, software publishers, agencies. A user acting for non-professional purposes nevertheless retains the mandatory statutory protections, notably regarding withdrawal, restated in article 7.
3. Account and team#
Signing up creates a team (tenant) isolated from all others. Whoever creates it is its administrator and may invite collaborators.
Authentication uses a link sent by email. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your inbox, your sessions and the API keys generated from your team. An API key grants access to every agent in the team: it must never be exposed in code executed by a browser.
You undertake to provide accurate information and not to create an account using a disposable email address.
4. Plans and pricing#
The Service is offered under two arrangements, which may be combined:
- Free tier with your own keys (BYOK) — you connect your own model-provider key. Model consumption is billed to you directly by that provider, with no involvement or markup from us. Web search and application connectors are included up to a monthly quota shown in the Service.
- Prepaid credit — you use our provider keys and top up a balance. Each execution decrements that balance by the cost actually incurred with our providers and intermediaries — gateway and payment fees included, with no markup from us — visible in the execution traces. No subscription, no minimum term.
Prices are shown in US dollars, the unit in which model providers bill their services. Payment, invoicing and collection of applicable taxes are handled by our payment provider, acting as merchant of record, who issues the corresponding invoice.
The minimum top-up is $10. Purchased credit does not expire.
5. How credit works#
Credit is an advance against consumption, denominated in dollars. It is not currency, not a payment instrument, not transferable between teams, and bears no interest.
When the balance reaches zero, executions using our provider keys are refused until you top up — features that do not depend on a model remain available, and connecting your own key restores service immediately. Teams with uncapped access are unaffected.
6. Availability and changes#
We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service running, without warranting uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure and model providers whose incidents, price changes or model retirements may affect it.
We may change features. Any materially adverse change to these terms will be notified by email 30 days before it takes effect; you may terminate free of charge within that period and obtain a refund of unused credit.
7. Withdrawal and refunds#
Untouched credit is refundable for 14 days from purchase. Once an execution has been charged against a top-up, that top-up is treated as performed and is no longer refundable, service performance having begun with your consent.

8. Your commitments#
You must not use the Service to:
- produce or distribute unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights;
- compromise the security of the Service, circumvent quotas, or attempt to access another team's data;
- place a manifestly abnormal load liable to degrade the Service for other users;
- resell raw access to the Service without adding value of your own;
- deploy an agent implementing a practice prohibited by Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — manipulation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, social scoring, or any other practice listed there;
- do anything contrary to the terms of the model providers whose services you consume.
You are responsible for the agents you deploy, the data you entrust to them and the answers they produce, including towards your own users.
9. Probabilistic nature of results#
Language models produce non-deterministic output and may generate inaccurate statements. The Service provides tools designed to reduce that risk — deterministic code execution, output schemas, test sets — but warrants neither accuracy, nor relevance, nor reproducibility of answers. Validating output before any consequential use is your responsibility.
10. European regulation on artificial intelligence#
Agents created with the Service are exposed as APIs and made available to your users under your own name or brand. In doing so, you become the provider of those agents within the meaning of Article 25(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act"), and assume the corresponding obligations — notably the transparency obligations of Article 50 towards your end users (informing them that they are interacting with an AI system, marking generated content).
The Service acts as an upstream supplier of tools and components. As such, we make available to you the information and technical documentation reasonably necessary for your compliance (Article 25(4)): agent configuration, model used, versions, execution traces and test results.
You undertake to inform us in advance of any deployment of an agent in a high-risk area within the meaning of Annex III of the Regulation — notably recruitment, credit, education, essential services or justice — so that the assistance described above can be adapted accordingly.
11. Data#
Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Your content belongs to you; we make no use of it to train models.
For personal data your agents process on behalf of your own users, you are the controller and we act as your processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR, under the conditions — instructions, sub-processors, breach notification, deletion — described in the privacy policy, which serves as the data processing agreement.
12. Suspension and termination#
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your team at any time by writing to pierre@tech-leads.net.
We may suspend access in case of serious breach of these terms, security threat or non-payment, with prior notice except in emergencies. If we terminate without fault on your part, unused credit is refunded.
13. Liability#
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damages, loss of business, data or revenue are excluded.
Nothing limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
14. Governing law#
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the courts having jurisdiction where the publisher's registered office is located, subject to any mandatory provision benefiting a consumer user.
